Effective March 3, 2023, this Policy applies to the University community, except for Bargaining Unit Faculty Members, who are excluded pending collective bargaining negotiations with the Faculty Union, as noted below.
This Policy is to establish a basis for reimbursement of household and personal moving expenses when University funds including unrestricted, restricted, and endowment funds are to be expended for the relocation of employees who are not Bargaining Unit Faculty Members and are newly hired by the University or are being transferred to a new University location.
