ER 21 Intergovernmental Personnel Act Assignments

Summary

This Policy applies to the University’s administration of its participation in the Intergovernmental Personnel Act ("IPA") Mobility Program, except for IPA assignments with the Veterans Administration.  All employees are covered by this Policy, except for Bargaining Unit Faculty Members, who are excluded pending collective bargaining negotiations with the Faculty Union.  Bargaining Unit Faculty Members will need to work with their supervisors to pursue an IPA opportunity.
